Water reclamation

Map the water journey before connecting the dashboard

An operating view starts with the water pathway: intake, treatment, reclaim, reject and final disposition.

Begin with the facility, not the screen

List the actual water pathways and the instruments that measure them. Identify the intake, treatment stages and outgoing streams. A reclamation operation needs clarity about which measurements represent incoming water, reclaimed water and reject volumes.

Name every measurement point

Give each meter a location, unit and equipment identity. Review the SCADA tags with the site's team before connecting them. Similar tag names do not establish that two readings measure the same stream.

Separate treatment from disposition

Treatment describes what happens to the water. Disposition describes where it goes afterward. Reuse and injection streams should remain distinguishable in the operating record rather than being combined into an unexplained outgoing total.

Build visibility in stages

Start with confirmed equipment and measurements. Use attributable manual readings when a connection is not yet live, and leave missing information visible rather than filling it with assumed values. AquaFlow's aim is one operating view grounded in the records the facility actually has.
