O&M records
What makes a water operations record traceable?
Readings matter more when the sample, instrument, document revision and response history stay connected.

A value needs context
A reading without a measurement time or location leaves unanswered questions. Was it a grab sample or an instrument reading? Which facility did it come from? A traceable record keeps the source, time and responsible person alongside the value.
Keep instrument records close
Calibration logs and sampling events explain the conditions behind a measurement. AquaFlow provides dedicated records for both, so operators can review the instrument and sampling history rather than relying on a number alone.
Control document revisions
An operating procedure can change while older copies remain in circulation. Controlled documents distinguish draft, submitted and approved records and preserve revision identity. Approval is a recorded action, not simply a renamed file.
Preserve the response timeline
Acknowledging an alarm is not the same as resolving it. An attributable timeline separates the steps of response and keeps the operator's notes with the action. These records support review; they do not replace the site's permits, procedures or required reporting.
